Are you suffering from food addiction!

Are you suffering from Food Addiction?

Close your eyes and imagine this…

Work has you stressed out. You just got off. You stop by the store on your way home to pick up some ice cream. Before you pull out of the parking lot, you eat it. All of it. And then you eat dinner with your family. And you have dessert with them too.

You’ve been dieting for the last year. Juicing, fasting, cutting out carbs. Time and time again, only to keep failing. You deplete your body so much of the nutrients it needs there's no option but to go into an eating binge to recoup all those lost nutrients.

You eat until you feel sick and disgusting. You swear you’ll never do this again. Until next Monday when the cycle starts all over again.

You keep saying no to your social life. You’re embarrassed about how you feel and how you look. You know you wont have control when you go out to eat so you just keep saying no. Before you know it, its been months since you've seen anyone and now they’re starting to worry about you.

Everyday you get the big mac meal for lunch. You know what this is doing to your body, how it’s impacting your health, and your relationships in a negative way. But you still do it. Regardless of the consequences.

Now while these might seem harmless, they’re not. This type of behavior is a coping mechanism for a much deeper issue, the issue of addiction.

See food addiction comes in different forms, and they’re hard to see. And to break that addiction means you need to break the pattern. Trust me though when I say this is much easier said than done.

The good thing is you don’t to live this way. You don’t have to fall prey to food addiction. You don’t have to live your life being addicted to food and missing out on all things you want to do.

I know what it’s like to feel hopeless and think that it is never going to be better. I also know how tough it is to break the pattern. You might be wondering why I’m telling you this. It’s because I’ve been addicted to food before and overcome that addiction.

I know what it takes to beat this addiction, and I know that you can beat it. You can overcome this and I can help you do it. DM me right now if you’re ready to beat the addiction.
