Fat Loss Truth
If you’re eating in a caloric deficit and not losing weight, then you’re not in a caloric deficit.
This is why food journaling is so important. We’re all different. That’s a fact. So regardless of what formula you’re using or whatever, if you don’t track it, you’re not seeing the truth.
You don’t lose weight, so you automatically think something is wrong. Nope. Not true.
You just have a false sense of your caloric deficit. Cut back a little more, and then see the changes happen. The crazy thing is, this works 100% of the time. Energy in and energy out.
So start keeping a food journal, and reassess every two weeks. Then you’ll have real truth and know where you need to adjust.
What helps you stay on track?!
